Sildenafil available under the commercial name Viagra is a
popular medicine used to treat male sexual problems primarily erectiledysfunction or impotence. ED refers to the inability of penis to achieve
erection to perform normal sexual intercourse. The medicine dilutes blood
vessels which increase blood flow to the penis and helps it achieve erection.
Please note that this drug is specifically used for helping
a person achieve erection. It offers no protection against sexually transmitted

How to use this
medicine?
This drug is taken orally and in dosage prescribed by the
doctor. In order to achieve satisfactory sexual performance, it is recommended
to take the drug 30 minutes before sexual activity, but not more before 4
hours. In fact, take it 1 hour before sexual activity for maximum
effectiveness. Also, you should avoid
taking the medicine more than once daily. Avoid a high-fat meal before taking
this drug.

condition, medical history and other medicines that you may be taking. You need

Common side effects of this drug include fatigue, dizziness,
headache, hot flashes or stomach upset.
This drug can cut blood supply to the optic nerve. As a consequence, you
may experience blurred vision, sensitivity to light, color blindness, etc. In
rare cases, sildenafil can also lead to complete vision loss.
To lower common side-effects such as dizziness and
lightheadedness, it is advised not to hurry when rising from a sitting or lying
position.

Seek immediate medical help if during sex, you experience heart problems and
